Motivation and Project Description
Optimizing the manufacturing process for membrane electrode units with embedded hollow fibers is a key focus of our current research. An essential part of these efforts is conducting electrolysis tests in which we directly compare the efficiency of bubble-free electrolysis with conventional operation. In parallel, we are working intensively on developing an expanded IP strategy for Fraunhofer in order to protect and leverage our technological advances in the best possible way. In addition, we continuously evaluate research programs and design potential research consortia to further strengthen our innovative capabilities. An in-depth analysis of transfer pathways rounds out our efforts and ensures that our research results can be effectively translated into practice.
