The measurement in the UV-VIS-NIR spectroscope is used to follow the formation of chromophores, the degradation of UV absorbers and the transparency of polymer films.

Measurement in transmission or reflection mode in the spectral range between 200 and 2000 nm for the purpose of tracking:
